Viome accepts the following payment methods and credit cards:

*   **Visa** (for all products and services)
*   **Mastercard** (for all products and services)
*   **American Express** (for all product and services)
*   **Discover** (for all products and services)
*   **Apple Pay** (for test kit orders only, not supplement subscriptions)
*   **Google Pay** (for test kit orders only, not supplement subscriptions)
*   **Amazon Pay** (for test kit orders only)
*   **Facebook Pay** (for test kits only)
*   **PayPal** (for test kit orders only)
*   **Shop Pay** **Installments** (for test kits only, to be paid every two weeks for a total of four payments)
*   **Gift or Prepaid cards** (can be used for test kit purchases only; cannot be used with subscriptions including supplements)

## May I use Health Insurance, FSA, or HSA for payment?  
  

Viome test test kits (Full Body Intelligence, Gut Intelligence, and Oral Health Intelligence) may be eligible for reimbursement. Check with your HSA/FSA administrator or your tax professional for confirmation on the specific requirements for individual eligibility and reimbursement, including usage, procedures and qualifications. Note that Viome does not provide letters of medical necessity.  
  
[TrueMed](https://www.viome.com/true-med) can alternatively be used as a payment option for HSA/FSA. Select TrueMed at time of checkout and you will be guided through the purchase process. Note that subscriptions and supplements cannot be used with TrueMed at this time.  
  
 

## Exchange Rates (International Customers)

  
Products on the Viome website are advertised in United States Dollars (USD). If you are purchasing from outside the United States, you will see the price adjusted to local currency during checkout. 

## Sales Tax

  
Sales tax may be charged on your order, depending on your location. Viome is recognized as a “remote seller” — in most cases, if a remote seller has either:

*   A minimum number of separate sales to customers in the state; or
*   A minimum dollar amount of sales to customers in the state

The law requires the seller to collect and pay sales tax. In addition, the seller must register with the state’s taxing authority. Because of this, sales tax must be paid to each applicable state.

## Other Payment Information  
  

*   Payments cannot be taken over the phone. Orders must be completed through [Viome's website](http://www.viome.com) or via Viome's authorized distributors (including Amazon).
*   Multiple methods of payment cannot be used on one transaction. 
*   Wire transfers, checks, money orders, etc., are not accepted at this time.
