## When does my Supplements, Probiotics + Prebiotics, Oral Lozenges, and/or Toothpaste & Gel formula get updated?

  
Whenever you choose to retest with a Full Body Intelligence, Gut Intelligence, or Oral Health Intelligence test, your supplements and/or toothpaste & gel formula will be updated to reflect your latest results and recommendations. Your next supplements and/or toothgel order following the month when your retest results & recommendations are released will contain your new formula.

In addition to updates when you retest, you may see slight adjustments in your food or supplements recommendations, including the addition of new ingredients or the removal of one you may no longer need.  
  
Viome is regularly reviewing the most recent research related to our supplement ingredients. In addition, as our customer base grows, we gather more data which allows us to further personalize our recommendations. Because of this evolving science, your Precision Supplement formulation may change periodically. Your updated supplement formulation is still based on your most recent Viome test results, but your ingredient recommendations have been updated to reflect new knowledge that we’ve added to our database. These ongoing updates to our knowledge base ensure that you are receiving the best product possible, and results in true personalization.  
  
When you see an adjustment like this in your Viome app, your next order of supplements, probiotics + prebiotics, oral lozenges, and/or toothpaste & gel will reflect these changes.

  

## What if I retest and would like my supplements, probiotics + prebiotics, oral lozenges, and/or toothpaste & gel to be formulated based on my retest results & recommendations?

If you take no action when retesting, your supplements will continue to be manufactured and delivered based on your most recent test results & recommendations.
