When you sign up for Viome, your card is automatically charged for one year of service.* Your membership will automatically renew at the end of one year. If you would rather not have your subscription renew automatically, please take the following steps:

  2. Choose I need help with my Viome Account
  3. In the description, let us know you do not wish to have your subscription renew automatically.

*If you signed up prior to September 2017, you may be on one of our older, legacy plans (the Basic or Insight plan). These plans have an option for payment in monthly installments. If this is the case, you will be charged monthly. If you have any questions about your plan, you can submit a request to us using the link above.
