Registering - Create a New Account.

Use these instructions if you don't have a Viome account yet. Each Viome customer needs to have their own account, with a unique email address. Follow these steps to register your kit and create your account!

  • First, visit https://www.viome.com, then click on Register Kit

  • Next, enter the number underneath the QR code or barcode on the silver box. Most codes start with 0DV, but if you have another code, that's OK too.

  • Click Next, then enter your name and email address. You will also create your password on this screen. Your password should be at least 6 characters.

  • Click Create an Account, and then continue through the next screens to activate your plan.

  • Note: If you already have an account registered to your email address, the system will let you know. If this happens, click on Log In to continue. You can visit the next section of this FAQ article to learn how to register your kit to an existing account.

Registering - Log in to an Existing Account

Use these steps if you already have an account and you need to register a new kit. You'll want to do this if you purchased a follow-up kit, or if you need to collect a new sample because of a problem with the testing or collection process.

Follow these steps to register your kit to your existing account!

  • First, visit https://www.viome.com, then click on Register Kit

  • Next, enter the number underneath the QR code or barcode on the silver box. Most codes start with 0DV, but if you have another code, that's OK too. If you don't have a silver box, read the next step below!

  • If you purchased your kit from a third party, or if you received a replacement Gut Intelligence kit, you might not have a silver box. In this case, you will want to enter the Sample ID on the brown-capped tube in your kit, as shown in the image below:

  • The kit may already be assigned to your account. For instance, most replacement kits will already be assigned to you because we keep track of where we shipped the kit. If that's the case, you'll get a notification that the kit is already assigned to you. From here, you can simply log in to your account to see the assigned kit, answer your questionnaires, or complete any other account-related activity. Click Log In, then enter your email address and password.

  • If the kit isn't already assigned to your account, click Log In, then your email address and password. The kit will be assigned to your account, and you'll see it on your account summary page.

  • If you run into any issues during this process, contact our support team and we're happy to help!

Troubleshooting Technical Issues

Troubleshooting Technical Issues

If you experience issues on the website when trying to register your kit, here are a few things you can try to fix the issue:

  • Try clearing your browser history and cache. If you're not sure how to do this, type "how to clear my browser history" into a search engine (like Google) to find steps on how to do this. For example, if you are using Firefox, type, "How to clear browsing history in Firefox" to find instructions!

  • Try using another web browser. For example, if you are using Google Chrome, try using Safari or Firefox to see if the issue persists.

  • Call us at 505-672-5785 or send us a support ticket here if the steps above don't work, and we'll be happy to investigate further! It always helps to let us know what web browser you use, and let us know any error messages you see. If possible, it's always helpful to send us a screenshot!
