How often am I charged for Viome?
When you sign up for Viome, your card is automatically charged for one year of service. Your membership will automatically renew at the end of one year. If you would rather not have your subscription renew automatically, please contact us to let us know and we'll be happy to help!
How can I change the credit card on file?
We would love to help you update the credit card we have on file. Please give us a call at 505-672-5785 and we can connect you to our billing team or you can submit a request online.
How can I renew my Viome account?
Your membership is automatically renewed at the end of the stated service period until canceled. This is so you can continue your membership seamlessly!

Don't want to renew your subscription automatically? Just contact us to let us know and we'll remove you from auto-renewal!
Can I get a refund if I decide to cancel early?
At Viome, we offer an annual service. While you may opt out of participation at any time to avoid future charges, the full subscription amount you paid initially covers your fee for a period of one year. We encourage you to continue use of our products until the end of your time with us.
Please note that we do not offer any refunds if your Gut Intelligence sample has completed our sequencing process.
If you have an unused kit, we may be able to offer you a refund. Check out our refund policy in the next section.
Viome refund policy
In our Terms and Conditions, which all users agree to upon purchase, we state that we will partially refund purchases of new paid service plans that are cancelled within sixty (60) days of the date of purchase.
Those qualifying for a refund shall, within one hundred twenty (120) days of cancellation, receive a refund payment from Viome in the amount of the actual purchase price of the service plan less $100, or, alternatively, in the amount of the actual purchase price of the service plan less $25 provided that you return to Viome within thirty (30) days of cancellation all unused test kits provided in connection with such service plan in their original, unopened packaging.
Except as described above, Viome does not offer any refunds for its products or services. In addition, you will be responsible for paying any balance due on the account when you cancel. You agree that we may charge any unpaid fees to you through the payment method you provided during registration, and/or we may send you a bill for such unpaid fees.
If you received the kit and sent it back unused we will refund all ($399), except for $25 for the restocking fee.
If you return the kit unused we can make an exception to our refund policy and refund anything over $25, which is a restocking fee.
If we have not sequenced your sample, but you cannot return the kit unused, we can refund anything you paid over $100.
If we have sequenced your sample, we can refund anything you have paid over $199 within the first 60 days after ordering.
