Viome Refund Policy
In our Terms and Conditions, which all users agree to upon purchase, we outline our refund policy as follows:
Viome offers a full refund for Viome products in the amount of the actual purchase price paid to Viome, provided that the order is cancelled within 24 hours of the purchase. If a refund is requested more than 24 hours but not more than 14 days after the date of purchase, we offer a refund in the amount of the actual purchase price paid to Viome less the cost of any included test kits, shipping, handling and sample processing costs plus tax (where applicable). No refund will be available if Viome determines, in its sole discretion, that the user has violated any of these Terms. Qualifying refunds will be issued within 45 days of the refund request date. Upon completion of your refund, your Viome account access will be discontinued.
*If you are not satisfied with Viome's service, please work with us to understand your options before turning to your credit card company. If you dispute a payment with your credit card provider, it can take up to 120 days to resolve.
